In the Maremma countryside in Tuscany, Italy; an eccentric artist transforms discarded glass objects into functional works of art. Her improvised, sculptural forms are blown freely, without the use of a mold, making every La Riccia creation unique. Each salt dish is made freeform, without molds, and each piece will vary slightly in size and shape. The blue-green glass tone reflects the selection of recyclables on hand when firing the kiln. This recycled glass salt jar is an elegant piece for daily use and will add charm to any kitchen countertop.

Produced in the medieval Umbrian town of Bevagna, Italy.
Made from 100% pure beeswax candles, hand-dripped using techniques that date back to the Renaissance.
Natural beeswax exudes a subtle scent of honey, offering purifying effects when burned.
The dual wick candles create a dramatic flame, with burning times of 1-4 hours depending on candle size.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Keep away from flammable materials and burn in a well ventilated space.
As the hemp wicks are untreated, the flame burns large.
Be sure to trim the wick before each use to prolong burning time and minimize flame size.
Extinguish with a wick snuffer if possible.
