Furniture — white-glove delivery (US)

All US furniture orders ship white-glove. This includes:

  • Blanket-wrapped protection during transit
  • Inside delivery to the room of your choice
  • Assembly (if applicable)
  • Packaging removal and disposal
  • Delivery to warehouses available for interior designer orders

We ship to all 50 states. White-glove delivery is available throughout the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated per order based on size, weight, and destination. Quotes provided within 24 to 72 hours. Contact us at Info@arje.com for a quote.

Before ordering, measure your doorways, hallways, elevators, and stairways. We'll need access details for your space, a phone number for the delivery team, and a sidemark on all orders. Someone must be present to receive. Deliveries are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. A carrier will contact you 48 hours in advance to confirm a 2 to 4 hour window.

Furniture — international delivery

International furniture orders are professionally crated and shipped white-glove with specialized carriers. Allow up to 72 hours for an international furniture shipping quote. Contact Info@arje.com.

Smaller items — standard shipping

Ceramics, glassware, decor, rugs, lighting, and accessories ship via insured standard carriers. Within the US: FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Internationally: UPS or DHL. Smaller pieces ship worldwide. Items are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit.

Art shipping

Artwork requires specialized handling. Pieces are carefully crated and shipped with carriers experienced in art logistics. Costs and timelines vary by size and destination. Email Info@arje.com before ordering for a shipping quote.

International shipping

Smaller pieces ship worldwide via UPS or DHL. Customs duties and import taxes for all international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. For a duty estimate, email Info@arje.com.


Returns

All sales are final. Our pieces are made to order or sourced in small batches from independent makers. We take care during the ordering process to make sure every detail is right before anything goes into production or ships.

Cancellations

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Info@arje.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations but will do our best if production has not started. Once in production, the order stands.


Damages

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@arje.com with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damage. This 48-hour window is essential for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We will take care of it.

For white-glove furniture deliveries, please note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
