Every piece in our Created by Arjé collection is made to order in our California workshop. Production typically takes 8 to 12 weeks depending on the piece and any customization. We keep you updated throughout.
Our Curated by Arjé collection is made by artisans and makers around the world, each with their own production timeline. Some pieces are in stock and ready to ship. If available immediately, it will say so on the product page. For everything else, the lead time is listed under the shipping tab.
We keep a small batch of wood samples, fabric swatches, and shearling samples in stock and replenish them regularly. If samples need to be made, allow up to 4 weeks. Email info@arje.com to check availability.
Yes. Email info@arje.com with which piece you're considering and we'll send the relevant material samples. For COM orders, we recommend requesting our standard materials alongside your own fabric so you can see how everything works together.
Yes, and we encourage it. All Created by Arjé dining tables, coffee tables, and credenzas can be adjusted to fit your project. For pieces in our Curated by Arjé collection, we will always do our best to work with our makers on special requests. Email info@arje.com to discuss.
We do, and we love working this way. If you have a specific fabric for upholstered pieces like the Enzo Chair or Noah Sofa, send it over and we'll confirm it works with the construction. Include the width of the fabric and a link to view it online if available. Once confirmed, we'll let you know the yardage needed.
You purchase the fabric and ship it directly to our workshop. Pricing varies per COM request and is quoted once we review the fabric. Production lead time for COM orders begins from the date fabric arrives at our workshop, not from the order date. COM orders may take longer than our standard timeline.
Our core collection is crafted in Black Walnut and Natural Oak. We can source any wood species you're looking for. This would be a custom order with a new quote.

Our Created by Arjé collection is produced in our California workshop. Our Curated by Arjé collection is made by makers around the world, from Brooklyn to the Mediterranean. Each product page lists where the piece is made. Everything is small-batch, made by hand.
We work with natural materials. Our Created by Arjé furniture is built in Black Walnut and Natural Oak. Upholstered pieces use Italian cotton-linen and shearling. Our Curated by Arjé collection spans hand-blown glass, hand-formed ceramics, woven rugs, original artwork, and more. Each product page lists the specific materials.

Art is a central part of our Curated by Arjé collection. We work with artists we've built relationships with over the years. Each piece is one of a kind or from a limited series. Details about the artist, medium, and dimensions are listed on the product page.
Artwork requires specialized handling. Pieces are carefully crated and shipped with carriers experienced in art logistics. Costs and timelines vary by size and destination. Email info@arje.com before ordering for a shipping quote.
All US furniture orders ship white-glove. Pieces are blanket-wrapped and delivered to the room of your choice, assembled if needed, with all packaging removed. We can also deliver to warehouses for interior designer orders. We ship to all 50 states. Transit takes 2 to 6 weeks after production depending on destination. Shipping quotes provided within 24 to 72 hours.
Before ordering, measure your doorways, hallways, elevators, and stairways. We'll need access details for your space, a phone number for the delivery team, and a sidemark on all orders. Someone must be present to receive. Deliveries are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. A carrier will contact you 48 hours in advance to confirm a 2 to 4 hour window.
International furniture orders are professionally crated and shipped white-glove with specialized carriers. The same level of care applies. Allow up to 72 hours for an international furniture shipping quote.
Within the US, ceramics, glassware, rugs, lighting, and accessories ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Internationally, smaller pieces ship worldwide via UPS or DHL. All items are carefully packed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Pieces from different makers often ship separately. If you need deliveries coordinated for a project, email info@arje.com upfront. We do this regularly for designers and can manage the logistics for you.
Customs duties and import taxes for all international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping costs. For a duty estimate, email info@arje.com.
All sales are final. Our pieces are made to order or sourced in small batches from independent makers. We take care during the ordering process to make sure every detail is right before anything goes into production or ships.
