1. SHIPPING POLICY 

 FREE GROUND SHIPPING FOR ALL U.S NATIONAL ORDERS

U.S. UPS Two Day and Next-day shipping is available for an additional charge (please see chart below). Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. ET on business days begin processing on that day; orders placed after 1:00 p.m. ET begin processing on the next business day. Orders received after 1:00 pm ET on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
All National orders (within the U.S) are shipped using UPS.
All International orders are shipped using DHL. 
All orders are insured while in transit until delivery to the shipping address*.
We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped in the shipping address*, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

When the package is delivered, the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 
*The shipping address is the one indicated by the customer in the order submitted.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates vary by country and range from approximately $40 to $110 based on the total weight and value of your order. Most International orders are shipped via DHL and will delivery within 2-10 business days. To see the shipping cost for your order, place items in your bag and begin the checkout process: add your billing and shipping information and continue to the next step to view your shipping cost.
 
USA TAXES FOR NATIONAL ORDERS 
For National shipping (within the U.S) orders are subject to sales taxes determined by law. Taxes will be applied upon your check out depending on the final destination of your order. 
 
FEES, TAXES, AND/OR DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note, International orders are subject to duties and taxes which will be the responsibility of therecipient to be paid upon delivery. For more information please email info@arje.com and we would be happy to provide an estimate on the duties that will be applied to your order. 

We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment.
 
For U.S. delivery by Christmas day, orders must be placed before 1:00 p.m. ET on December 20th (via two-day air) or before 1:00 p.m. ET on December 21st (via next-day air). 

 

 

2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 
RETURNS
For national shipping (within the U.S) we accept returns for unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and odorless items (*see the exceptions bellow) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. All returned items must be accompanied by original A R J É packaging, such as boxes, hangers, and garment bags.
For an item to be eligible for return: 

  • The Return must be shipped back within 48hours of receiving the return label.
  • It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and odorless.
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • It must be returned in with all original ARJÉ packaging. 
Request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing Returns@Arje.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you would like to return. 
Returns exceeding 14 days will not be processed.
For International orders we only accept an exchange for another product, upon stock availability, or a credit voucher, but no returns are accepted. (see conditions below).  
 
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
*Undergarments, swimwear, and body suites, sale items, special-order or custom fit items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. A sale item is any marked down item or item purchased with a discount code (not including welcome or VIP codes).
 

HOW DO I RETURN 
  • Request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing Returns@Arje.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you would like to return.
  • After receiving your RA number, note it below along with the return code(s) for the returned item(s). If your order was shipped to an U.S. address, you’ll receive a pre-paid UPS or USPS return label via email.
  • Re­package the item(s) you would like to return.
  • Write the RA# on the outside of the return box. Return packages without a visible RA# will be refused.
  • Leave your return shipment at a UPS or USPS drop-off location

NOTE: Returns are only eligible for authorization on full - price items that are shipped back within the 14-day time period and comply with the ARJÉ exchange conditions established below. Discounted merchandise is not eligible for a refund. 

We will let you know as soon as we’ve received your return and processed your refund. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned merchandise.
 
EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange an item, please first check our online available stock and email us your exchange request, and we will hold your request, upon stock availability, for your exchange, provided the item(s) returned to us comply with the ARJÉ exchange conditions established below. 
We accept exchanges for most unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and odorless items (*see the exceptions bellow) within 14 days of purchase for national orders (within the U.S.) and within 20 days of the purchase for international orders.
All exchanged items must be accompanied by original ARJÉ packaging, such as boxes, hangers, and garment bags.
For an item to be eligible for exchange:

  • It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and odorless.
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • It must be exchanged with ALL original ARJÉ packaging.

NOTE: Exchanges exceeding 14/20 days will not be processed.

  • If your order was shipped to an International address, you'll receive a pre-paid return/exchange label via email from a specific shipping carrier in your local area. 
  • Re­package the item(s) you would like to return for an exchange. 
  • Write the RA# on the outside of the return box. Return packages without a visible RA# will be refused.
  • For all National orders leave your return shipment at a UPS drop-off location.
  • For all International orders you will receive an email with instructions depending on your location of how to return the package. 

We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received your return and processed your refund. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned merchandise.  

 
REFUNDS 
Refunds and exchanges are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
ARJÉ may refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our conditions stated above. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse, checked and the return has been accepted. Please note, returns and exchanges take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Thus, once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.


WHAT IS THE CHARGE FOR RETURN SHIPPING and or EXCHANGE

SHIPPING RETURNS are ONLY applicable for national orders, within the United States for items purchased at full price, if returned within 14 days of purchase. Free Returns are only applicable for Items that initially qualify for free shipping. If your item did not initially qualify for free shipping, you will be charged to return your item. Your charge will be communicated via email depending on the weight of what you are returning.

EXCHANGES are applicable for national and international orders for items purchased at full price, if returned within 14 (national) or 20 (international) days of purchase. Free Exchanges will be offered for all items being returned back to our warehouse. You will be charged a new shipping fee for the new exchange item being sent to you. The shipping fee will be depend upon your new item and will be quoted to you upon checkout.
 

 

3. DAMAGES, INCOMPLETE & INCORRECT ORDERS 

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Info@Arje.com
  • Damages must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery receipt.
  • Damaged items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached and packaging in sellable condition as per The ARJÉ return policy

If you have received an item in error, or are missing an item from your order, please contact Customer Service at Info@Arje.comwith the order confirmation number and the style code of the missing or incorrect items. Our team will review the information and correct delivery errors free of charge.

 

 4. TRACKING

 
How do I track my package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number for national and international order once your order has shipped. You may track your package using the number provided in the email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact Customer Service during regular business hours and they will assist in locating your order Info@Arje.com


 

5. SIGNING 

 
We require a signature as proof of receipt on all national and international orders at delivery. 
 

 

6. PAYMENT 

 
We accept PayPall, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Club. Please note, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We apologize for any inconvenience. 
 

 

7. COVID - 19

Update May 5th 2020

During these unprecedented times, ARJÉ's online store will remain open for online sales, however, if your order is unable to be shipped due to complications at our warehouse, a team member will follow up with you and give you the option to cancel your order, or have your order ship out at a later date.
