Florentine Kitchen Knives is the studio of Tomer Botner, founded in Tel Aviv’s Florentin quarter and now made by hand in Barcelona, Spain. We were drawn to the way he treats the kitchen knife as both tool and object, balancing high-carbon steel, stacked hardwood and brass with the performance of a chef’s blade, pieces made to work hard, age beautifully and bring real presence to the daily rituals of cooking.
