Sophie Lou Jacobsen is a French-American designer working from New York, creating glassware and table objects for the whole choreography of drinking and serving, the pour, the pass, the toast, the little gestures that make a table come alive. We were drawn to the way her pieces seem to dance across the table, with sculptural forms, unexpected proportions and a sense of play that makes each one instantly recognizable, and all the more compelling as a collection built piece by piece.
