Working between Los Angeles and New York, Kassandra Thatcher creates lighting that feels caught mid-gesture, sculptural forms with the tension of something still moving. We were drawn to the way stoneware, rice paper, brass and leather come together in pieces that feel almost alive, part object, part atmosphere, changing the room through shadow, silhouette and the quiet drama of the light itself.
