Hermentaire

Working between Paris and Paros, Hermentaire is the artistic persona of Damien de Medeiros, whose background in music, film and photography spills into paintings and drawings that feel almost like fragments of a larger world. We were drawn to the recurring eye, the invented characters and the earthy palette that runs through his work, giving each piece a sense of mystery and a presence that stays with you.
