Heidi Hundseth Hart works from Oslo, carrying with her the landscape of Norway’s west coast and the years she spent living in East Africa, influences that surface through color, rhythm and the space she leaves untouched. We were drawn to the delicacy and confidence of her monotypes, each one painted onto glass and pulled only once onto Japanese washi, creating works that feel light in the room yet full of presence, as if they are holding a breath.
