PICKLED ONIONS

Ingredients

Proportion for a Jar of approx. 2L 

  • 1L of water
  • 250g of white vinegar
  • 20g of salt

We have pickled shallots and red onions, and we suggest trying peppers, cucumbers and carrots... 

Mark the date on the your bottle, store in a place in your kitchen where you can admire the beautiful transformation of colour and texture and wait for at least 2 weeks and enjoy.
